Where can i sell medium to high cl jewelry???

I've got a person overseas that i can get all types of jewelry from for below wholesale price, its 100% legal all the jewelry i buy comes with a certificate describing the total weight stone clarity and everything else, but i don't know anywhere id be able to steadily sell on a regular basis. I dnt have the money to start up and run a jewelry shop. Does anyone have any ideas?????
