to do this u need a partner. u get ur partner to tie a rope around your waist or a makeshift rope something that gets the job done. u have him hold the rope attached to ur waist not so that u cant move but so u cant get to top speed for five yards or more then when u reach ur 5 or ten yard mark have him release the rope and u run another 10 yards this gets u into a higher gear like more agility
