Trying to get my dad's hp photo smart printer to print pdf doents, but all it does is print blank pages. Whenever I print something from notepad it will print, so I know the printer is not out of ink. I'm trying to print out some brochures that are in pdf formats for someone, but it is always printing out blanks. Can someone please explain to me how I can configure windows 7 to print pdf files? I'm so used to XP. Thanks.
