you need to go to child services. and see if they can help you. recording her talking to you like you are nothing is a good idea so can proof that she is doing and saying all the things that you say she is doing and saying. you need a adult witness to the things that she is doing and saying. is there a relative close by that can help you.? or a good neighbor that will take you in until you can get help. because you do need help, and so does your mother. it's too bad that you can't get some one to talk her into getting some help. does she have any sisters or brothers that you can talk to about her? try child services maybe they can find you somewhere else to live until you are 18. and in those 2 years you can study and get good grades and go off to college. this will also get you away from her and help you to learn how to be on your own so you won't have to go back to her. i hope things work out for you.
