PSAT scores?

I took my PSAT this october and just got my scores back. I got a 60, 63, and 60 for a combined score of 183. I heard that if you add a 0 to the end you can get an estimate of your SAT score. So How does and 1830 rank if i'm looking to get into a more selective college? Also does anyone know what kind of chance that gives me for the NMSQT scholarship thing?
