Raw salmon parasites?
Recently, I had just cooked some salmon. I left the heat on to high and the outside started to burn. When i took it off, the salmon was still very rare in the middle, it was still cold. I was too lazy to put it back on the heat and decided to eat it anyways. Now I'm worried if i might've ate any bacteria or parasites. The fish I had was bought from T&T Supermarket. I'm pretty sure it was farm raised. However, i had frozen it the night before and it has be frozen for more than 12 hours, maybe 13 or so before I took it out to thaw. Is there a chance I could become sick?
