Where can I download a freeware program like this?

I used to have a freeware screensaver maker that could take .avi files and turn them into self installing screensavers. Seem to have lost it somehow. Does anyone have a clue what program it was and where I can get it again OR at least where I can get SOME program that fills this bill?
