Lg Glimmer...Water Damage...Flickering Screen...Still Works?

So, being a normal teenage girl, I can't resist a text message. So when I stepped into the shower I left my phone by the shower and anytime I got a text I would quickly reply to it while I was in the shower. I've done this countless times before but I guess this time it wouldn't let me get away with it. Apparently I have water damage to my Lg Glimmer. It works, I can turn it on and receive texts, calls, etc, but the screen flickers and is extremely distorted/discolored. My touch screen still works as well. So what should I do? I've already put it on top of an air conditioning vent for a few hours, but it doesn't seem to help. I need it fixed by tomorrow because I have to babysit, and I have 3 people calling to keep up with my progress with the kids. I need help! Pronto! Mucho gracias.
