What would you like to ask?

After a 31 year marriage, I am now in the process of a separation, and when i filed the papers I was very hurt and angry with my husband, and advised the lawyers that i wanted no contact with him,but since some time has ped I feel the need to call him, we have a lot of history and 2 grown children,and 2 beautiful granddaughter and he is asking the girls all the time why wont your mom talk to me, have asked the lawyer to lift the band and allow him to call but they think with his nature its best to leave things the way there are, so my question is do i go with my heart and call or just stay away, even thought it would comfort me to talk to him????.
