Pull ups, am I doing alright?

this entirely depends on your form. If you are going all the way down to where your arms lock out, and then pull all the way up to where your chin is above the bar, then you are doing pretty good. A lot of people only duck their head under their chin, so i can't be sure of how effective your exercise really is.
