Is the dark lady, in shakespeares sonnets described as beautiful?

In his sonnets, she is described as neither beautiful nor ugly, but she attracts him just the same, and that's why he loves her so much. It's not because of her beauty on the outside, but the beauty within. If you read his other sonnets describing women, you'll get what I mean.
