I need help with this one?

my mom wants to make a crock pot stew of a sort. it has spagetti-o's and carrots and celery and peas. we know most of the things that go in it, but we can remember if we need tomatoe sauce or paste or what. if anyone has a recipe or knows what you would use, help is appreciated.
