Hey!!!! i wanna lose 16 pounds or 7 kgs...i am 14 and weigh 52 kgs..how much cycling should i do to loose it?
how much cycling shall i do every day???? and in how much time will i be able to loose 16 pounds???? does cycling help in toning your body too?????
