Guinea pig help! experienced owners please!?

Don't separate them unless they start hurt each other.Are they both females or are they two males?If they are two males then they will probably have the occasional fight every now and again. they do this to find out the dominant pig. Lots of people will say that two males will fight and will never get on but this isn't always true i had two males and the fought really bad the first few weeks i had them but after wards hardly ever. i also had the same problem with my female guinea pigs it took them a couple of days to settle down but now they're fine. They only fought for the first couple of days, they usually do this to establish who's boss! If they do fight a your guinea pigs have wounds then you should put antiseptic cream on the wounds, obviously if the wound is very large you should take them to the vets.
