Do guys generally care less about who they lose their virginity to than girls?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 4 months now, we've got to 2nd base. And out of curiousity i said to him "If i said to you, lets have now, you'd say yes, wouldn't you?" And he said "Yeah i would, but because i love you." Seeing as its only been 4 months, and he's only had 2 girlfriends and we both 15 years old, does this mean he doesn't really care who he loses his virginity to?
