Are "year-round" schools more effective than schools with a 3-mo. summer break?

I think that you're right. I mean, my summer vacation has just started like a week ago, and I'm starting to feel like I'm losing my knowledge. Anyway, I'm starting to miss school. Taking shorter breaks more often would probably be the best way to go.
